Established in 2024, Thrilljoy is a collectible manufacturer co-founded by Brian Mariotti, the former CEO of Funko. The company’s two other co-founders are Eric Peng Cheng, the CEO of sneaker store and apparel brand Undefeated, and former Funko Licensing and Innovation SVP Dolly Ahluwalia. Thrilljoy made its debut at the 2024 edition of the New York Comic Con, where it launched its initial line of figurines reflective of its focus on premium collectibles. The company has been introducing new products ever since.

As is the case with the vast majority of Thrilljoy figures, the newly launched collectibles come in several rarity variants, which are distributed randomly. Collectors have a 1-in-6 (16.66%) chance of receiving a rare Chase edition when they order a figure. The Salvador Dali and Mozart figures also include ultra-rare Super Chase variants—only 48 of each were produced. With 3,000 units in each collection, that means just a 1.6% (roughly 1-in-63) chance of pulling a Super Chase.
Thrilljoy’s Salvador Dali figure comes in packaging featuring his surrealist masterpiece The Persistence of Memory. The Chase variant of the collectible includes a Picasso figure, which is not available for individual purchase. Thrilljoy’s rendition of Picasso is posed in front of the artist’s renowned 1937 oil painting, Guernica. Meanwhile, the Mozart figure is depicted holding a music sheet in front of a grand piano, whereas its Chase variant comes in an alternate outfit, including a golden pair of sunglasses and over-ear headphones. Both the standard and Chase variants of Thrilljoy’s Marie Antoinette figure are depicted standing in front of the Palace of Versailles, with the main difference between them being the color of the French queen’s dress.
Like all the other Thrilljoy figures, these collectibles catering to history buffs include a premium certificate of authenticity—a laser-printed, spot-varnished collector’s card. The products themselves can be wall-mounted. Other recent Thrilljoy releases include PIX figures based on Beavis, Butt-Head, and Daria from Beavis and Butt-Head, along with a Ron Weasley collectible—all priced at $50 each.
