How to Get Smooth Stone in Minecraft
Smooth Stone is a Cobblestone block that goes through the smelting process twice. Therefore, to get Smooth Stone in Minecraft, players must make Stone by placing Cobblestone in the Furnace with some fuel and then putting the finished product back in the Furnace for a second round. Once it’s done smelting the Stone, it will turn into Smooth Stone, which can be used to decorate buildings or make a Blast Furnace.
How to Modify Smooth Stone Blocks in Minecraft
Unlike several other stone blocks in Minecraft, players can’t craft using Smooth Stone. However, they can modify Smooth Stone with a Stonecutter. Players can craft a Stonecutter in Minecraft with 1 Iron Ingot and 3 Stone. After putting it down, they can place the Smooth Stone blocks on the Stonecutter, and it’ll cut them into Smooth Stone Slabs.
Adding Smooth Stone Slabs to the players inventory will unlock the recipe for the Armor Stand, which can be crafted using 1 Smooth Stone Slab and 6 Sticks.
