This set doesn’t seem to be as highly sought-after as some of the other sets in Scarlet & Violet, but there are still a handful of decent chase cards that are worth keeping an eye out for. This list will review some of this set’s most valuable cards.

Hop’s Snorlax

Unlike the rest of the cards on this list, Hop’s Snorlax can’t be packed. Players and collectors can only obtain this card either by spending $15.00 in Gamestop or by purchasing a copy from another collector online. The estimated value of this card is around $20.00. However, this isn’t particularly accurate as it varies widely. Collectors who can’t get to a Gamestop are willing to pay a little extra for a copy, while those who have access to a Gamestop don’t see the card as being particularly valuable.

It’s difficult to tell what will happen to this card over time, since some ‘store special’ cards soar in price while others flop after the event is over.

Articuno #161

A Fan Favorite

Fans of water Pokemon tend to gravitate towards Articuno. This Pokemon has always been pretty powerful. While it’s not the most valuable Atricuno card on the market, this particular card does sell for around $33.00. However, there has been one sale of a PSA 10 copy that has gone for a whopping $755.00.

Its Ice Blast attack does 100 damage, while its Frigid Fluttering move gives players the ability to search their deck for up to 2 energy cards to place on this card.

Volcanion EX #182

Fire, Flames, And Fury

Volcanion has always looked pretty powerful. This card amplifies that thanks to its lava-filled background. This card depicts Volcanion crashing down onto what looks to be the side of a volcano. This card has the ability to burn their opponent’s active Pokemon. Not only that, but its Scorching Cyclone attack does 160 damage while allowing the player to move an energy from Volcanion to a benched Pokemon.

The card is selling for around $40.00 ungraded. While there isn’t a lot of information about the value of a PSA 10 copy of Volcanion EX, some estimates put the figure at around $225.00.

Hop’s Zacian EX #186

A Bright And Powerful Card

Hop’s Zacian looks more like a poster than a Pokemon card. It’s very eye-catching. It shows Zacian looking into Hop’s eyes, seemingly waiting for a command. While it’s not as valuable as some of the other cards on this list, it would be a surprise if this card didn’t dramatically increase in value as time goes on.

Iono’s Bellibolt EX 183

A Cute And Cozy Tadbulb Evolution

This secret rare is a fun one. It’s bright, cute, and pretty positive. It’s also relatively decent in battle thanks to its Thunderous Bolt attack. This attack inflicts 230 damage onto the opponent’s active Pokemon. Unfortunately, this attack can only be carried out once every two turns as there’s a cooldown period between its attacks.

As for its value, it’s holding firm at around $82.00. There have also been a couple of sales of PSA 10 copies of Iono’s Bellibolt that have sold for a little over $180.00.

N’s Zoroark EX

A Niche Card With A Cool Look

N’s Zoroark is selling for almost $100.00. There have also been a couple of PSA 10 sales which have gone for between $400.00 and $500.00. The card has a cool, dark theme to it, depicting a rather sinister-looking Zoroark standing next to N.

This card can be good in a battle, provided the player has a deck centered around N’s Pokemon. That said, the ability to discard one card and draw two is pretty nice. Outside of that, it’s more of a collector’s piece.

Salamence EX #187

A Solid Card With A Fierce Design

The second most valuable card in Journey Together is Salamence EX. This Pokemon has received more than 20 cards since it was introduced in EX Dragon. This particular card depicts a large Salamence breathing fire as it flies around. It’s a pretty striking card to look at, it’s also pretty good in battle.

It has two attacks. The first does 50 damage to each of the opponent’s benched Pokemon. The second attack does a whopping 300 damage. However, upon doing this attack, the player must discard 2 energy from this card. As for its value, it is selling for around $110.00 ungraded.

Lillie’s Clefairy EX #184

The Most Valuable Card In The Set

Topping the list in terms of value, Lillie’s Clefairy is the most highly sought-after card in Journey Together. Ungraded, this card sells for roughly $186.00. There have also been a couple of recorded sales of PSA 10 copies of this card, selling for close to $1000.00.

As the name of the card suggests, it depicts Lillie’s Clefair. The artwork is rather upbeat and positive. As for its use in a battle, it’s not the best. However, just like all Pokemon cards, it does have its uses. For the most part, this is something that collectors will want to keep safe. While there’s no telling what it will be worth in the future, there’s a good chance that its value will go up over time.
