The upcoming Spirit Blossom: Beyond season event in League of Legends breathes new life into Ionia’s mythos, bringing champions into the spirit realm with fresh skins that blend the region’s folklore and fantasy.
This League event is set in the mystical realm of Ionia, where the veil between the living and the spirit world thins during the Spirit Blossom festival, allowing spirits to talk with mortals. The skinline started back in 2020, and multiple champions have also joined the Ionian festival this year to bring players a plethora of cosmetics with familiar faces.

Here is a look at all the Spirit Blossom skins that are releasing in League of Legends with the next patch for season two:
Spirit Blossom Ashe

When the True Ice meets flowers, you get the Spirit Blossom Ashe, and it is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Ashe usually has simple skins due to her abilities, but the developer has subtly introduced flowers on her ultimate and even beautiful birds for her E ability, and the model with the animation definitely makes the champion look amazing with the theme. She also has solid emotes, which are like the cherry on top.
Spirit Blossom Bard

Bard and his meeps are having the time of their life at the Spirit Blossom festival, and the champion arguably has the best skin in the skinline so far. Starting from the recall animation, where Bard starts playing his flute and flies in the sky using the flower on his flute, is amazing.
The particular standout for this skin is the theme-specific sound effects, which make it truly unique and special, especially the sound effect on his ultimate. While Spirit Blossom skins are usually beautiful, Bard takes it to another level by adding flowers to every ability, like the Caretaker’s Shrine and even the travel through the gates, Magical Journey, where the players become flowers floating in the tunnel.
Spirit Blossom Ivern

Ivern is always in love with nature, and getting the Spirit Blossom skin on the champion makes perfect sense, but it hasn’t landed well with the players. After the controversial Alistar skin, which was meant for the Noxian season, was removed due to being too similar to the base model for the champion, it seems the developer has a similar case in their hands with this one, which just looks like a “recolor” of the default skin. It’s just pink in color, and even the Daisy in the ultimate looks very similar to the base skin, not to mention the bushes look lifeless
There was so much potential with the skin, like adding birds, more kinds of animals, and even remodelling Daisy to make her a spirit of some kind would have worked wonders. Ivern fans got a skin after two years of waiting, after the Astronaut one, and this one definitely feels like a lackluster cosmetic.
Spirit Blossom Irelia

Irelia has been leading the resistance from Ionia to stop the Noxian invasion. The Spirit Blossom skin exchanges her blades for katanas, which makes the cosmetic shine bright, and it definitely comes close to being one of her best skins ever.
Katanas also dance like her blades, and they glow in purple color when her abilities are empowered due to the stacks. She also has some solid emotes where she juggles her weapons, and these katanas are also used by different hands from the spirit realm in her W ability, Defiant Dance.
Spirit Blossom Varus

The Darkin has got a Spirit Blossom skin, and it seriously alters his base look. His bow gets a stellar upgrade, and the charging animation looks very nice.
While the purple color suits his dark look, the bow makes him look menacing. His W ability, Blighted Quiver, applies purple souls around the enemies, which is a subtle nod toward the Spirits in the Ionia festival, and it fits very well with the whole theme. If the purple isn’t your vibe, you can also get chromas of various colors for him to get the look that you want.
Spirit Blossom Zyra

Zyra’s kit is about plants and seeds, so she feels right at home with the Spirit Blossom skin as the pink looks very aesthetic on her. The cosmetic has a ton of subtle effects, and it’s very different to her base skin, which has a darker and deadlier look. Her plants further amplify this effect, and it looks good.
The seeds are also inspired by the Spirit Blossom theme, so they look very good in the game. She has a ton of chromas as well, so if you fancy another color on her, excluding her look, you can get those chromas to make her stand out in the crowd.
Spirit Blossom Prestige Lux

Another Lux cosmetic? Sigh. This is her third prestige skin after Battle Academia and Porcelain, and it honestly doesn’t hit the mark with the theme. Her spells have a pink flower to match her Spirit Blossom appearance, but that’s about it. There isn’t much that stands out as a prestige skin, and honestly, if you don’t find the pink color appealing, we’d recommend you to check out other Lux cosmetics, which are more worth your Riot points.
