EA Sports has confirmed that the College Football 26 release date will be July 10, 2025. The confirmation came as part of the MVP Bundle announcement for this year’s game alongside Madden 26.
In addition to the general release date, it was confirmed that those who get the MVP Bundle or the standalone Deluxe Edition of the game will get three days early access starting on July 7.
Not much else was revealed about this year’s game just yet. Even the game’s current description remains vague before a full feature reveal.
“Bring Glory Home in EA Sports College Football 26 and experience the world of college football,” the description reads. “Whatever path to greatness you choose, from high school recruit to the Heisman, or as a coach, you can forge your legacy.”
It’s been long-rumored that this year’s game will add real coaches along with the potential to include a number of FCS programs. That said, neither of those rumors have yet to be officially confirmed. Insider Gaming has understood that the goal has always been to include FCS teams, but no timeline on when that could be was ever provided.
One thing that was confirmed about the game, however, is that it will remain a console-exclusive title. That means College Football 26 won’t be available on PC, unlike it’s Madden counterpart.
