How to Purchase and Upgrade the Imperial City House in Oblivion Remastered
To purchase the Imperial City Shack, players must head to Vinicia Melissacia, who is found in the Office of Imperial Commerce within the Market District. Converse with her about the Imperial City Shack, where she will sell it to players for 2,000 Gold if they have a Disposition of 50% or higher.
To upgrade the Imperial City Shack, head to Three Brothers Trade Goods in the Market District and speak with Sergius Verus.

How to Complete the Where Spirits Have Lease Quest
The Anvil House is a unique house that has its own quest, and players can start this one by heading to The Count’s Arms in Anvil, where they can speak to Velwyn Benirus about purchasing the deed to the house for 5,000 Gold.
To upgrade the Anvil House, players must first sleep within the manor, where they will be woken by ghosts. These ghosts can be killed by magic and silver weapons, and upon doing so, the house will become upgraded.
How to Purchase and Upgrade the Bravil House in Oblivion Remastered
Head to Bravil, where inside the Bravil Castle, players can speak to Count Regulus Terentius to purchase the Bravil House. This will cost players 4,000 Gold, and they will need a 50+ Disposition. With the Bravil House, head to The Fair Deal and purchase upgrades from Nilawen.
How to Purchase and Upgrade the Leyawiin House in Oblivion Remastered
The Leyawiin House can be purchased for 6,000 Gold once players have 60% Disposition with Count Marius Caro. The largest house, found in Skingrad, can be purchased in Castle Skingrad from Shum gro-Yarug. Players will need a Disposition of 70+ and a Fame Level of 15+, along with 25,000 Gold to confirm the purchase. For additional upgrades, head to Colovien Traders and speak to Gunder. The Skingrad House also comes with its own maid that can be purchased Colovien Traders, which provides additional benefits like free food.
How to Get the Dunbarrow Cove House in Oblivion Remastered
Players will need to head to Anvil, where, along the Gold Coast, they will be able to find Dunbarrow Cove. In order to own Dunbarrow Cove, players must clear it out with skeletons. To upgrade Dunbarrow Clove, head to the Sea Tub Clarabella in the Anvil Docks area, where Dahlia Rackham will sell upgrades that will benefit players with a crew.
How to Get Frostspire Crag in Oblivion Remastered (Wizard Tower)
Found in the far south region of County Bruma, just to the east of Bruma itself, players can find a wizard tower on a snowy mountain called Frostcrag Spire. If players enter inside, they will be able to claim this place as their house, so long as they are able to pick the lock and pick up the Frostcrag Spire Memoirs book, found on a frozen hand.
To upgrade the Frostspire Crag wizard tower, seek out Aurelinwae in the Mystic Imporium of the Imperial City’s Market District, where players can purchase upgrades to help them with their mage antics.
How to Get Battlehorn Castle in Oblivion Remastered
If players want a castle of their very own, then they can do so by traveling to Chorrol, where on the west side of the Black Road, players will find Battlehorn Castle. This area is overrun with bandits and other enemies, so players must kill them to proceed. Once they are defeated, speak to Battlehorn Man-At-Arms to claim the Battlehorn Castle as a house. Now, players can purchase upgrades from the Merchants Inn in the Market District of the Imperial City by speaking to Nilphas Omellian.
How to Get Deepscorn Hollow in Oblivion Remastered (Evil Lair)
To claim Deepscorn Hollow as a house, players must exit to the southeast area of Leyawiin, where entering the water at the east side of Topal Bay, they will find the entrance to this vampire cave.
