How to get EXCAVA in The First Descendant

EXCAVA was originally introduced to The First Descendant in the season one battle pass. Now that the season is over, there’s another way to get this assault rifle and other old battle pass weapons.

Here’s how to get EXCAVA in The First Descendant, including its core materials and secondary resources.

How to get old battle pass weapons in The First Descendant

To pick up core materials for the older battle pass weapons, including EXCAVA, head to Deslin (Weapons Lab Director) in Albion. Open the Trade Limited Weapon menu to see all the items available for purchase.

These items include materials for Ultimate weapons that are at least two seasons old, including EXCAVA:

• EXCAVA Polymer Syncytium Blueprint: 30 Support Coins
• EXCAVA Synthetic Fiber Blueprint: 30 Support Coins
• EXCAVA Nano Tube Blueprint: 30 Support Coins
• EXCAVA Blueprint: 30 Support Coins

To buy items from Deslin, you need Support Coins. The Support Coins drop when you complete Infiltration Operations with the Other Infiltration Support option enabled. Select any dungeon and tick the box in the bottom left. Each dungeon on Hard difficulty grants five Support Coins.

After you get all the core materials, you must craft the parts and then the weapon itself at Anais, just like with any other gun or Descendant. To get this done, set aside 250,000 Gold and six hours of wait time for the research to finish.

• 76 Hellion: Drops from resource boxes and munitions in Fortress.
• Five Neuromorphic Chip: Drops from broken materials storage boxes in the Void Vessel.
• EXCAVA Synthetic Fiber Blueprint: Obtained from Deslin.

EXCAVA Nano Tube

• 108 Silicon: Drops from resource boxes and munitions in Echo Swamp.
• 139 Carbon Crystal: Drops from resource boxes and munitions in Hagios.
• Five Neuromorphic Chip: Drops from broken materials storage boxes in the Void Vessel.
• EXCAVA Nano Tube Blueprint: Obtained from Deslin.

EXCAVA Blueprint

As always, with the EXCAVA Blueprint, you only need the core material sold by Deslin. Pick it up, and you’ll be good to finish the weapon without any additional crafting.
