Lords of the Fallen is Giving Away Collector’s Editions for PS5

Developer CI Games is giving away five Lords of the Fallen PS5 Collector’s Editions, and players can participate until April 28 by following a few simple steps. Following the positive reception of Lords of the Fallen’s massive update 2.0 and the Free Friends Pass, the developer is celebrating with PS5 players, giving them a chance to get their hands on the Collector’s Edition.

Lords of the Fallen invites PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC players into a dark fantasy action RPG featuring two interconnected worlds, where players must solve puzzles and overcome various obstacles to progress through it. The game is heavily inspired by Soulslike mechanics, and players have to be mindful of stamina and timing while battling using melee weapons and magic. Lords of the Fallen received mixed reviews at launch, mainly due to performance issues and a somewhat unbalanced experience, which forced the developer to roll up its sleeves and fix it. Since then, the game has seen over 50 updates, with the latest one (v2.0) introducing significant changes that players have welcomed with open arms.

Celebrating Lords of the Fallen update 2.0, CI Games is giving away five Collector’s Edition copies of the game for PS5, which players can try to get until April 28. In order to participate, the developer asked fans to tag a friend on the Twitter post of the announcement, then like and repost it, and finally make sure that all participants are following the game’s Twitter account. The winner will be announced on April 29.

The Lords of the Fallen Collector’s Edition comes with a bunch of physical goodies fans can certainly appreciate. Alongside the full game is a 19cm Dark Crusader statue, which also unlocks the Dark Crusader class in the game as one of the starting classes — otherwise, players won’t have access to this class until completing their first playthrough. Moreover, this edition includes a 100-page physical artbook with exclusive Lords of the Fallen illustrations, the full digital soundtrack, a 3D model viewer to see the in-game character model, a metal display case with LED mood lighting and remote control to show off the Dark Crusader figurine, a steelbook, and a double-sided Dark Crusader poster.

The game’s latest update was the most significant one since its release, bringing major gameplay improvements like the new Dedicated Jump Button. But one of the most important additions was Lords of the Fallen’s new Free Friends Pass, which basically allows players to invite friends who don’t own a copy of the game to play it for free in co-op mode. As the developer celebrates the game’s success, players have until April 28 to try and get a Collector’s Edition.
