- Arch-tempered Rey Dau appears on April 29.
On April 29, Arch-tempered Rey Dau will appear in an Event Quest that lasts until May 20. Arch-tempered monsters in Monster Hunter Wilds are tougher versions of monsters with more health, greater damage potential, and new strings of attacks, making them very difficult to face in battle. These rare monsters are only available to hunt for players who reached High Rank, but those who are able to participate can earn valuable materials and rewards. The materials earned from defeating Arch-tempered monsters can be used to unlock Gamma armor, which features better armor skills, decoration slots and defense when compared to Alpha and Beta armor sets.
After the Festival of Accord: Blossomdance event ends, a new Monster Hunter Wilds update is planned for release near the end of May. The new update will feature a collaboration with another Capcom game, along with a function that lets players see the Endemic Life they’ve captured during their playthroughs. Capcom will introduce some additional in-game adjustments and bug fixes as well, and the game’s second Title Update will release in summer 2025.
