One Piece: Are All Holy Knights Yonko Level?

The Holy Knights, also known as the God’s Knights, are the most elite group of fighters in One Piece. Since their introduction, the members of this group have proven that they’re a cut above everyone else, and they can handle any situation on their own.

The Holy Knights have featured heavily in the Elbaf arc, which is understandable as they are the primary antagonists of the arc. In recent chapters, the Holy Knights have disclosed their powers, leading to many debates within the One Piece fandom. Many people are questioning whether all Holy Knights are on the same level as the Yonko.

The Power Of The Holy Knights

So far, five members of the Holy Knights have been revealed. These are:

• Figarland Garling
• Figarland Shamrock
• Gunko
• Shepherd Sommers
• Rimoshifu Killingham

Figarland Garling held the title of the Supreme Commander of the Holy Knights, meaning all the members were answerable to him. Garling is lauded as the champion of the Celestial Dragons, so it’s safe to say that he is the strongest member of the Holy Knights.

Shamrock is the Commander of the Holy Knights, which puts him below Garling in terms of authority. However, Garling’s promotion could mean that Shamrock has absolute control over the Holy Knights. In terms of strength, Shamrock is one of the best soldiers in the service of the World Government. He can use Haki with a great degree of finesse, and there aren’t many better than him. Shamrock’s sword, Cerberus, is one of the few inanimate objects that has devoured a Devil Fruit. It has been revealed that the saber can transform into a Cerberus, a three-headed dog. Cerberus obeys Shamrock’s orders without fail.

Gunko, Sommers, And Killingham Are Insanely Overpowered

Aside from the two members of the Figarland Family, there are three other Holy Knights whose names have been publicized by Eiichiro Oda. These include Gunko, Sommers, and Killingham. By putting the trio under a microscope, it’s easy to see why they are so strong. Gunko has the power of the Aro Aro no Mi. She can utilize her Devil Fruit to increase the damage output of her attacks. Additionally, Gunko can use the arrows to restrain her opponents by pinning them to the ground. She can even redirect attacks, making it extremely difficult to harm her. Moreover, Gunko and most likely the other Holy Knights are immortal, and they can regenerate from all kinds of damage.

Sommers has the Iba Iba no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create thorny vines at will. These vines can also become invisible, so they can easily harm any unsuspecting people. According to Sommers, the pain inflicted depends on the emotional connection between the two. If the connection runs deep, the pain can potentially lead to death. Whether this was metaphoric or factual remains unclear. Sommers can remove the invisibility if he wants, as evidenced by his battle with Jaguar Saul.

Killingham’s Devil Fruit Is The Strongest

Killingham’s Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin is by far the strongest Devil Fruit introduced in Elbaf. The Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit grants him two abilities. Killingham can use it to put people to sleep and then materialize their dreams. He used these powers to attack the denizens of Elbaf and send the entire country into a frenzy.

Are The Holy Knights Yonko Level?

After seeing the powers of the Holy Knights, it won’t be an exaggeration to say that they are close to the Yonko in terms of strength. The two high-ranking officials, namely, Shamrock and Garling, are definitely Yonko level, while the rest are within touching distance. A key deciding factor will be the effectiveness of Haki against these behemoths.

So far, the Holy Knights have yet to face someone with strong Haki, but once they do, it will give fans a better idea of where they stand. With the Holy Knights attacking Elbaf, it won’t be long before they come across someone like Luffy and Gaban, both of whom are ridiculously good at using Haki.
