Valorant Episode 5 has come to an end and Episode 6 is already here to kick off. Players have reached new higher ranks as per their skill and capabilities. Some players are still doing grind in ranked matches to push their rank a little higher before the act end.
At the end of every Episode in valorant, players get Ranked Gun Buddies as per their peak rank in the last Episode. Each episode has 3 acts, and the gun buddy you will get will be based on the highest rank you achieved in any of the acts.

A new thing to note is that this time players will get the Ascendant Gun buddy for the first time! Ascendant rank was first introduced at the beginning of Episode 5. So, players who already reached Ascendant as their highest rank in the Episode will get the Ascendant Gun buddy.

Here is how you can obtain your Episode 5 Ranked Gun Buddy for free in Valorant.
- As soon as Episode 6 goes live in Valorant, players will need to log in to their game.
- Check the updated snapshot on the Episode 6 Welcome page.
- Then you need to click on the Continue button.
- After that, you will be given Episode 5 Ranked Gun Buddies as a reward.
- You can put it on your gun from the in-game Collection page.
