Valorant Patch 6.1: Patch Notes and all upcoming Changes

Valorant just released Patch 6.0 along with the new Valorant Episode 6 Act 1. Many new changes and updates were introduced in the patch.

Currently, Bind and Breeze both maps are out of competitive and Unrated map rotation, but are still playable in all other modes.

Here I am going to discuss the upcoming Valorant Patch 6.1.

Valorant Patch Notes 6.1

Valorant 6.1 patch update will go live in the next week. The possible date for the valorant 6.1 patches is 17 January 2023.

Confirmed Changes in Patch 6.1:

  • Lotus map will be added to the current map pool for competitive and Unrated matches.
  • Update for the way guns process Zoom inputs for ADS and Scopes when using Toggle Zoom.

Unconfirmed Changes in Patch 6.1:

  • Some design changes for the current maps: Split, Lotus, Pearl
  • Some agent bugs and glitch fixes.
  • Agent updates.

So far Valorant just only confirmed that the Lotus map will be added to the competitive and Unrated map rotation. More details on valorant patch 6.1 will be found during the PBE release. I will update the patch notes, once it goes live.
